We want you to be completely satisfied with your Targus purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging. All electronic accessories and carrying cases must be returned in new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the RMA process.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all manuals and accessories, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
